  • - Ochotný personál, který nám umožnil vstup do dětského koutku při snídani. - krásné zázemí pro děti - pěkné pokoje, vybavené

  • - nedodržování otevírací doby. Spoléhali jsme na to,že přijedeme večer s dítětem, abychom pak už nemuseli nikde chodit a měli zázemí před jeho uspavaním. Před půl sedmou 2x tma,vše zavřeno - obohatili a obměnili bychom snídaně. - nedodržení doby snídani, slečna servírka přišla v 8 hodin do hotelu a pokud člověk nechtěl rohlík s máslem,musel čekat dlouho na zbytek. Velmi nepříjemné pokud máte záměr brzo vyjet na výlet
