  • Hotel nás velmi mile překvapil.Rádi pobyt doporučíme.Všude bylo čisto.Pokoje jsou moderně a vkusně zařízené.Snídaně byly chutné a nabídka jídla pestrá.Personál hotelu je velmi vstřícný a profesionální.Rádi budeme na pobyt v Šumperku a v tomto hotelu vzpomínat a určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.

  • Byli jsme spokojeni s ubytováním i službami. Chceme zdůraznit zejména perfektní čistotu! M. Sekanina

  • Drobná připomínka : pokud máte kuchyňku vybavenou pánví a kastrolkem, je ji pak třeba doplnit indukčním vařičem. Sjednoťte také nádobí v kuchyňské lince - třílůžkový pokoj - tři stejné talíře, tři stejné sklenice ......... + nějaký kartáček (houba) na mytí nádobí. Chyběl také kartáč (hadr) na vyčištění obuvi. Myslíme si také, že pokud je pokoj obsazen klientem více než jeden den (noc), mohla by být nabídnuta nějaká sleva na ubytování M. Sekanina
